List Of Template Files

Below is a list of template files that are being used by the CJ templates as well as a brief description of how or where the file is being used. Not all files are being used in all stores.

To modify any of these template files you would go to Merchandising > Custom Templates, and click on the section the template file is in (i.e. "Product Templates" or the product template files or "Include Files" for include or publish files). Then click on "Copy ShopSite Template." Make a copy of the ShopSite template you want to edit. Save changes. Then make a copy of your copy and rename it the exact same name as the original. (You can then delete your original copy with a different name). Your copy will override the original template file. If you ever want to revert back to the original template file you can simply delete (or rename) your copied file and regenerate your site.

Page Templates

CJ.sst - Default page template.
CJ-NoSides.sst - Optional page template with same layout as the default, but without the side navigation menus.

Product Templates

CJ-Product-SideAccordion.sst - Default product template for most themes using the CJ templates. This product template displays product information such as the more information description, specifications, and "how to" text in an accordion style layout on the left side of the more information page.
CJ-Product.sst - Optional product template which has the same formatting on category pages as the -SideAccordion option, but displays product information across the full width of the more information page below the graphic and add to cart section.

CJ-Cart.sst - Shopping cart template.
CJ-Search.sst - Search results template.
CJ-GiftCert.sst - Gift certificate template.
CJ-Registration.sst - Customer registration template.
CJ-WishList.sst - Wish list template.

Include Files

CJ-Banners.sst - Used in page templates to display the carousel and/or page banner graphic.
CJ-DOCTYPE.sst - Used in all template types for the DOCTYPE setting and global meta tags.
CJ-EndBody.sst - Optionally used if a designer wants to remove ShopSite-added code before the </body>.
CJ-EndHead.sst - Optionally used if a designer wants to remove the ShopSite-added code before the </head>.
CJ-Footer.sst - Used in all template types. Contains the footer code for all footer variations.
CJ-FooterImages.sst - Contains the footer code for global images such as store image 1 and store image 2.
CJ-Head.sst - Used in all template types to add any needed CSS and JavaScript into the <head> section.
CJ-Header.sst - Used in all template types. Contains the header code for all header variations.
CJ-HeaderLinks.sst - Linked to from CJ-Header.sst to add the store-wide feature links such as customer registration links, the wish list link and gift certificate link.
CJ-LeftMenu.sst - Used if the global left navigation menu is turned on.
CJ-MiniCart.sst - Linked to from CJ-Header.sst to add the mini cart HTML to the header.
CJ-Modals.sst - Contains nearly all store modals such as size/fit modal and the abandon cart modal.
CJ-MoreInfoImageRow.sst - Used by the CJ product templates to display the product more information page image section.
CJ-PageMenu.sst - Linked to from CJ-Header.sst to add the global navigation menu to the header.
CJ-ProductDefine.sst - Linked to in the product define section and cross sell sections to control how products appear on category pages and in cross sell sections.
CJ-ProductHead.sst - Linked to from CJ product templates to add code to the <head> section on product more information pages only (mostly meta OG tags).
CJ-ProductMIPrice.sst - Linked to from CJ product templates to add the product price on more information pages.
CJ-ProductPrice.sst - Linked to from CJ-ProductDefine.sst to add the HTML for the product price display.
CJ-RegistrationBottom.sst - Linked to from CJ-Registration.sst and CJ-WishList.sst to add all the HTML, includes and VARs needed below the main content on registration and wish list screens.
CJ-RegistrationTop.sst - Linked to from CJ-Registration.sst and CJ-WishList.sst to add all the HTML, includes and VARs needed above the main content on registration and wish list screens.
CJ-RightMenu.sst - Used if the global right navigation menu is turned on.
CJ-SearchForm.sst - Linked to from CJ-Header.sst to add the search field to the header variations.
CJ-Themes.sst - Used in all template types to control the var tags that are specific to each theme using CJ template files.
CJ-VARs.sst - Used in all template types to add VARs store-wide.
cjcss-airy.css - inline CSS only for the Airy theme.
cjcss-district.css - inline CSS only for the District theme.
cjcss-gaunt.css - inline CSS only for the Gaunt theme.
cjcss-lighthearted.css - inline CSS only for the Light Hearted theme.
cjcss-marker.css - inline CSS only for the Marker theme.
cjcss-pennant.css - inline CSS only for the Pennant theme.
cjcss-rise.css - inline CSS only for the Rise theme.
cjcss-slab.css - inline CSS only for the Slab theme.
cjcss-stalwart.css - inline CSS only for the Stalwart theme.
cjcss-stygian.css - inline CSS only for the Stygian theme.

Publish Files

cj-ajax.js - Used if the Add To Cart Popup feature is enabled.
cj-cgi.css - CSS for CGI driven pages such as the cart and search results screens.
cj.js - Site-wide JavaScript for features such as the mini cart and global navigation.
cjboot.min.css - Site-wide CSS that combines Bootstrap's version 4 CSS and ShopSite Class & IDs.
crsignin.js - Used for the customer registration modal.
