ShopSite B5 Themes with Twitter Bootstrap v5

List Of Template Files

Below is a list of template files that are being used by the B5 templates as well as a brief description of how or where the file is being used. Not all files are being used in all stores.

To modify any of these template files you would go to Merchandising > Custom Templates, and click on the section the template file is in (i.e. "Product Templates" or the product template files or "Include Files" for include or publish files). Then click on "Copy ShopSite Template." Make a copy of the ShopSite template you want to edit. Save changes. Then make a copy of your copy and rename it the exact same name as the original. (You can then delete your original copy with a different name). Your copy will override the original template file. If you ever want to revert back to the original template file you can simply delete (or rename) your copied file and regenerate your site.

Page Templates

B5-Page.sst - Default page template.

Product Templates

B5-Product.sst - Default product template. Controls how the product information is laid out on category pages as well as the code to create each products' more information page.
B5-SearchResult.sst - product template controlling the layout of each product on the search results screen.

Other Templates

B5-Cart.sst - Shopping cart template.
B5-Search.sst - Search results template.
B5-GiftCert.sst - Gift certificate template.
B5-Registration.sst - Customer registration template.
B5-WishList.sst - Wish list template.

Include Files

B5-AccountLink.sst - code for the "Sign In" and "Register" links.
B5-Body.sst - <body> for all templates.
B5-Carousel.sst - code for the carousel used typically on the home page.
B5-DOCTYPE=VARs.sst - Used in all template types for the DOCTYPE setting and global meta tags.
B5-Footer.sst - Used in all template types. Contains the footer code for all footer variations.
B5-FooterCartOnly.sst - Simplified footer code for the Checkout and Confirmation pages in the shopping cart.
B5-FooterEnd.sst - include file just before the </body> tag in all templates. You can use this include file to add custom tracking code, chat applications and other scripts you want added to all pages on your website.
B5-Head.sst - Used in all template types to add any needed CSS and JavaScript into the <head> section.
B5-Header.sst - Used in all template types. Contains the header code for all header variations.
B5-HeaderLogoOnly.sst - Used in simiplified areas, such as the Checkout and Confirmation screens.
B5-HeaderLogoOnlyPages.sst - Used in simiplified areas, such as the customer registration screens.
B5-Icons.sst - code for icons such as the mini cart and search icon used in the header.
B5-Left.sst - Used if the global left navigation menu is turned on.
B5-Logo.sst - all the IF statements for the logo field, or creating a custom logo based on the store name.
B5-MiniCart.sst - Linked to from B5-Header.sst to add the mini cart HTML to the header.
B5-Modals.sst - Contains nearly all store modals such as size/fit modal and the abandon cart modal.
B5-MoreInfoImage-Collage.sst - Used by the B5 product templates to display the product more information page images in a collage format.
B5-MoreInfoImage-Zoom.sst - Used by the B5 product templates to display the product more information page images in a zoom gallery format.
B5-Navigation.sst - Linked to from B5-Header.sst to add the global navigation menu to the header.
B5-PrevNext-CircleFilled.sst - prev next links used for cross sell and carousel prev/next buttons.
B5-ProductAddToCart.sst - code for a product's add to cart section.
B5-ProductDefine.sst - Linked to in the product define section and cross sell sections to control how products appear on category pages and in cross sell sections.
B5-ProductMIPurchase.sst - code for the add to cart section (including size and fit and inventory tracking) on the more information pages.
B5-ProductPrice.sst - code for the product price.
B5-RegistrationBottom.sst - Linked to from B5-Registration.sst and B5-WishList.sst to add all the HTML, includes and VARs needed below the main content on registration and wish list screens.
B5-RegistrationTop.sst - Linked to from B5-Registration.sst and B5-WishList.sst to add all the HTML, includes and VARs needed above the main content on registration and wish list screens.
B5-Right.sst - Used if the global right navigation menu is turned on.
B5-Search.sst - Linked to from B5-Header.sst to add the search field to the header variations.
B5-Themes.sst - Used in all template types to control the var tags that are specific to each theme using B5 template files.

Publish Files

b5-afterload.js - JavaScript that is run after the page loads.
b5-lightbox.js - lightbox used on product more information pages.
b5.css - cascading style sheet for the B5 themes.
bootstrap5.css - Twitter Bootstrap 5 code slightly modified to use ShopSite template tags.
bootstrap5.min.js - Twitter Bootstrap 5 JavaScript.
elevatezoom.js - Elevate Zoom used on product more information pages.
