ShopSite Support Pricing

Support for individual merchants is initially provided by your ShopSite hosting provider. If you are no longer hosted by a ShopSite partner and you need direct support you can purchase support services at the following rates:

Individual Incident - $49.00  

Help for a technical problem with a store that is installed and has been working.

Installation Help - $195.00  

Help for merchants installing a ShopSite store.

Upgrade Help - $145.00  

Help for merchants upgrading a ShopSite store. This does not include any applicable upgrade fees.

Store Migration (moving a store) - $245.00  

Help for merchants moving a ShopSite store from one server to another server hosting the same version of ShopSite.

Annual Support and Upgrade Contract - $695.00  

You can purchase unlimited support for one year for your store as well as upgrades to new versions during that year.

There are self-help resources available in addition to the pay for support options above. You can also consider asking your hosting provider to become a ShopSite partner, or consider moving your store to a ShopSite partner.
